The condo could be better. I feel like if I owned it I would keep it up better. Rusted heat vent in the bathroom, dirty fans, handle broken on microwave, door very hard to open and shut. The worst thing was not knowing that there is no beach even at low tide. The main issue we encountered was a malfunction in the door lock discovered on day 2\. Contacting the manager found damage from previous tenants, my wife was skeptical about safety for remainder of stay. All is not bad, location offered relaxing experience and laid back vibes. ##### David M. Unable to use the beach in front of our condo d/t high tide every day until around 3pm. We had to walk down to the end of all the condos, squeeze through next to a fence, and use the beach in front of other owned condos. The biggest problem we had was the A/C in the bedroom. It did not work the entire time. The first night we stayed it blew out hot air all night, miserable!! I contacted the manager the next day, and she got us a portable A/C and had the exhaust/duct taped into the window A/C unit that didn’t work. Needless to say, that did not work either. All the exhaust/heat just built up in the bedroom. It was worse than the first night. So I text her the next day again and told her her it didn’t work. She then said she’d bring something else out. She brought a dehumidifier out, which unfortunately did not work either. Once again, I let her know the next morning. She got back with me and told me someone would be coming out to fix it. That never happened. We left at midnight on our last night because we just could not be there sleeping in the heat another night. This was probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed at, all because of the broken A/C. People should make sure everything is in working order before renting it out, making money as if everything is in proper working order.
