“I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. “El apartamento limpio y muy bonito pero el anfitrión muy difícil de conseguir. El primer día le indicamos que no había refrigerador, ni horno, ni microondas como lo indicaba la descripción él dijo que lo resolvería y nunca lo resolvió. Se dañaron todas las cosas de nevera que compramos. Además solicitamos un trapeador para secar el baño porque el agua se salía de la ducha y se inundaba el baño y lo llevó 5 días después. En la descripción indicaban cambio de toallas cada 2 días y tuvimos que……
