“A very quaint place, walking distance to the train stations and old city. The owner, Irina, is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. We booked a family room for the two of us - that made it spacious. They have a nice breakfast reasonably priced. Parking in nearby streets or one of the parking lots in the area. ”

“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

Excellent petit déjeuner avec grand choix de fruits frais, jus d’orange fraîchement préparé, plats salés et sucrés cuisinés sur place. Excellent café. Chambre de bonne taille et confortable. Très bonne literie. Clim hyper silencieuse. Idéalement placé au calme et proche de la grande……

“I found this lovely place to stay because I was coming from Lisbon and didn’t want to rush all the sites into one day. Very reasonably priced and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. “This was a great little spot for my initial visit to Portugal. Centrally located, super clean, excellent customer service. I did not opt for the breakfast option so I can’t speak to that, but I did appreciate how sweet the breakfast area was, and all of the variety of options available to those who might choose them. Everyone with whom I came in contact was polite and respectful and helpful, impressively so. I would definitely visit again, however, I would ask for a room on the top floor……
