My family and I, of 5, travel often and have stayed at many different properties across the US but the looks at Petit Crest Villas were a bit deceiving. Check in was a breeze and the property is beautiful. However, spiders ran rampant, our master sheets were never cleaned and the cost of amenities were never disclosed. Even if we were renting thru RCI or Interval a cost for swimming or any other extra curricular is still mandatory. I definitely wouldn’t not let this detour your opinion but it would be something to look onto before booking.

My group and I had a great time at the Omni Hotel at Centennial Park. The staff was great from the point of check-in to check-out. We were also very satisfied with our room on the North Tower. We would definitely return to this property if we had another event to attend at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. We were able to walk easily around Downtown and felt safe. There is a Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks nearby but there was a little cafe on site on the South Tower as well. There was also a restaurant on site that had a really nice burger. My only grouse was that the hold on my credit card took a while to be released. Upon checkout, I was informed that there were no incidentals so the hold on my card would be released. However, after 5 business days (9 calendar days), it was still there. I called the hotel on business day 7 (calendar day 11), spoke to two persons who were both very polite and professional, and eventually I was told that the hold would be released in 2 - 3 more days. True to their word, it was released after 3 more days had passed i.e. business day 10. Overall, we had a great time. I would recommend the hotel to a friend or family member.

ok place to stay, walkable to the downtown area. Really short staffed, no one there in the morning for bfast. setup like a motel where the rooms face the parking lot. Ther eis a really nice music venue attached to the property, saw a great concert.
