Our visit was solid - the room was pretty dated and a bit dirty. The staff member we interacted with were very pleasant and check in/out was very smooth. This place was probably awesome back in the 90’s/2000’s, but it was a bit distressed now. Not a bad choice at all, especially if you want to be close to town, without being in downtown Helen. I don’t think we’d stay again - but if you’re looking for somewhere quite outside of downtown Helen, and don’t mind it being a bit dated, not a bad spot.

The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
