“Nice historic building on a bit of a hill on a quiet street. It has a cobbled entry that is a little difficult with large luggage. The room was clean and a nice size. Room amenities and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite varied and there is lots of seating inside and outside the hotel. Very close to the subway. As well, if you enjoy vintage/ secondhand shopping, it is located in the midst of the Slow Fashion District. Really enjoyed my stay here!”

“The best thing about this hotel is the location - right by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and short walks to parks and water - without being smack in the middle of town or noise. The room was clean but small and didn't even have anywhere to put clothes on/in. It was a windowless room, so had a fan, which was quite noisy and first night I woke up a number of times because of it (next nights slept without it on). The pitch dark in the room was also disorienting the first couple of nights. The……

“I was so hot and they didn’t turn on A/C. Another customer was in front of the hotel and didn’t understand that he needed a code from hotel and armed for the code from us. Horrible!!”
