"It was the nicest and most unique hotel stay and experience we’ve ever had! From the front desk staff to the restaurant and bar staff was beyond our expectations! The attention to detail from the cleaning staff and the spa was unbelievable! Hard to mention everyone. Every employees attention to detail makes this experience! The hotel is beyond stunning ! This hotel sets a high bar and absolutely met it with flying colours! "

"The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). Concerning the breakfast, note that it is not a buffet, a box get delivered to your room. You get to order what they call Sweet, Savory, gluten free... The concept is cute, the items are good ( yogurt, juice, croissant or sandwich). I would say that for 1 or 2 mornings it is ok but I wouldn't do more then that since it is always the same things. "

"The room was very large but totally outdated. Access was difficult to room and front desk was almost always closed. We couldn’t get the WiFi password and pool was ongoing maintenance "

"Absolutely an amazing stay. Very charming and well kept. Essentially a resort with a palatial feel. Loved walking the grounds and relaxing. Excellent restaurant, breakfast was included. The setting is quiet and beautiful. Will book again. "

"Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price."
