Everything is as described and Mary, the owner is super friendly and always available if you have any questions. Knowle is a relatively large historic village with an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants for its size.

I used this property as my base in Birmingham while I was attending an event at the NEC. It was so conveniently located the owners were so friendly and helpful that I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodging, should I have another event in Birmingham? The property has been recently updated. I really like the modern bathroom facilities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Without a doubt, this is the best place my wife and I have stayed so far. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely first class. We were made to feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the property....

I liked the fact that this not a run of the mill motel It also reminded me so much of the house I lived in from 1959 - 62, not far away at Allesley (sadly gone). This was owned by Jaguar Cars to accommodate student apprentices. We were amazed by the old fireplace in the sitting room, part of one of the old City gates.

The person running the place is wholesome.

Awesome. Great food! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful room and very friendly hostess.

Beautiful inn and tea rooms. Loved my cute little room, than the back patio was so sweet and charming. Right near the Cotswolds way start/end point. Beautiful. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great cafe and breakfast is included in your stay. You can park at the railway station close by and take a shortcut to the property. Room was lovely. You need to be able to go up stairs.

Very clean

Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. If I could change one thing it would be the motion sensing lights. Every time one of us got up to use the bathroom the light stayed on for a while. A...

Very friendly staff breakfast was yummy. Would recommend the hotel to family & fry!

The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...
