The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived and there were fresh grapefruit and lemons plus a bottle of wine awaiting us! So special! “Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten OG. Wer Räder geliehen hat, muss sich darauf einstellen sie stets nach oben zu tragen über die enge Treppe. Im EG darf nichts abgestellt werden. Die Betten sind zudem sehr schlecht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Morgens ab 6 Uhr wird man geweckt durch die Reinigungsdienste auf der Straße. Bezahltes Parken……

“Ein tolles Apartment, mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber, inklusive des Gemeinschaftspools, und super ausgestattet. Der Weg nach oben zum Apartment ist nicht ganz ohne, aber die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist diese kleine Anstrengung mehr als wert. Uns hat neben der tollen Lage vor allem auch die Ruhe gefallen, die man dort, etwas abseits des Trubels der Strandpromenade, findet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super und unkompliziert. “Appartement très agréable, cocooning. Bien situé entre le port et la plage de repic. Mats le propriétaire est très attentionné avec ses locataires. Je le recommande et je l’ai à nouveau réservé pour l’année prochaine. Le petit moins c’est pas toujours facile de trouver une place pour se garer”

“Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, sauf le fait qu'après avoir fait une demande de départ reporté de 11 à 16 h, on m'a répondu que c'était possible mais en payant 40 € supplémentaire. J'ai été très déçu de cette offre que j'ai refusé, mais sachez quand même que j'étais accompagné de ma belle-mère qui a plus de 90 ans et qui aurait pu se reposer plus longtemps, avant le long voyage retour en bateau!!! Je pense qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation après nous, car sinon, le gestionnaire m'aurait……
