"We stayed 8/16-17/2025, the google reviews stating the hotel is permanently closed are inaccurate. The hotel is under new management and the Google address needs to be updated. All that aside, the room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The desk concierge representative Mandy was fantasic! "

"For the kind of property this is (old motor inn), it was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the pool was clean and inviting. Host provided coffee in the mornings. Rooms have hair dryers, refrigerators, good lighting, enough outlets for cell phones and cpap machines, and great showers (really good water pressure). Only recommendation for the owner is to add grab bars in,the tub area. Older people and disabled people need this to feel safe standing in the tub (though it does have anti- skid strips)."

"We stay here every time we visit Saratoga Springs. Always clean and up to date. 15 minutes to SPAC and Saratoga Race Course. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included with the price of the room."

"Either new or newly remodeled hotel with indoor pool, outdoor patio with grill, large walk in shower, large TV, includes breakfast! Cookies in lobby in the afternoon. Various dining options, Walmart, movie theatre within a mile or 2. Only complaint is the charging station in nightstand didn’t charge our phones. Otherwise wonderful hotel. "

"Great value for families! The welcoming staff, location (Lenox/Pittsfield border), spacious suite, and ample amenities made for a fantastic vacation. No free breakfast but there are several dining options and markets nearby. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the upper floors. There was a note of upcoming renovations so looking forward to what else they have in store. "

"I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it was getting pretty run down. New owners have taken over and it seems to have really improved. Fresh paint, better lighting outside and no trash! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean"
