  • Fetget, holiday house with pool, sea views and close to beaches and golf courses:
    Fetget is a charming country house in the northeast of Mallorca, set in a peaceful natural environment. The property occupies a private plot of approximately 7,000 m² and offers a private swimming pool, spacious outdoor areas, a covered terrace and lovely open views over the countryside, mountains and sea. It is an ideal choice for guests looking for peace and privacy while remaining close to the beaches, restaurants, amenities and golf courses of Mallorca’s east coast.

    The house is distributed over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a cosy lounge with fireplace, a sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. This floor also has two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a guest toilet.

    The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom, which has its own private terrace and pleasant panoramic views over the Mallorcan countryside, mountains and sea.

    The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings, with a private swimming pool surrounded by lawn and different spaces for relaxing, sunbathing and dining outdoors. The property also has WiFi throughout the house and heating, making it suitable for stays at any time of the year. As well as fans and a table tennis table.

    The location is particularly convenient for golf enthusiasts. Pula Golf, Golf Son Servera, Canyamel Golf and Capdepera Golf are all 18-hole courses located approximately 10–15 minutes away by car.

    The beaches of Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona, Cala Millor and Sa Coma are also within easy reach. These coastal resorts offer sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, marinas, seafront promenades, restaurants, shops and activities for all ages.

    The nearby village of Son Servera offers restaurants, shops, everyday amenities and a pleasant local atmosphere. Cala Millor provides a wider choice of restaurants, shops, activities and seaside entertainment.

    Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, except dogs belonging to breeds considered potentially dangerous.

We loved our stay at Fetget!

This beautiful, modern home was intelligently designed to match the style of the existing farm homes in the area while incorporating modern technology and use of space and natural light to enhance the view in every room. The home is very private: you can only hear the faint sound of the local lamb bell and the morning rooster. The home is so well designed and constructed that each room offers a unique experience of its own space. There is a feel of fluidity to the outside and inside. The home is both elegant and relaxed. The amenities are well appointed-with all kitchen utensils and serving dishes to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinners. The pool and outside shower were refreshing after a day at the beach. The location is central to day trips of exploring the island. There are delicious restaurants and shops 10 minutes away in Arta. When we arrived our host thoughtfully provided coffee, water, crackers and a bottle of wine from a local winery. Our family included three generations from age 85 to 22, and we stayed for a week. Our love for Majorca was developed by our stay at this beautiful home. The pictures are accurate but do not show the true beauty and feeling of this perfect, beautiful, relaxing, elegant, intelligently designed home. I highly recommend this home for a great experience on Majorca.
