“Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, man gelangt schnell zum Einkaufszentrum, zur Bahn und an den Strand. Abends ist es teilweise etwas laut, aber die Fenster halten die Geräusche der feiernden Jugendlichen gut ab. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der handtuchhalter im Bad ist nicht mehr da, nicht alle Lampen im Bad funktionieren.
