Rooms are spacious and clean, with ample bedside lighting and electrical outlets. My only minor quibble is the thick wooden shelf over the bathroom sink - it protrudes too far over the sink, and as a result you can easily bump your head on it when you bend over to wash your face. The bathroom is otherwise fine - modern and well-stocked with toiletries.

My stay at Hôtel de la Rive was generally pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for a short visit. However, the ice machine was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a decent experience with room for small improvements.

The hotel was good, with the steakhouse/bar being a highlight. The wait staff in the restaurant were great. The room had a nice view, but the 4th floor at least seemed like it was in between renovations, with modern features mixed in with dated furniture and appliances. The hallways were very dimly lit. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall a solid experience.

Didn't experience the spa but it looked like an amazing amenity. Restaurant was excellent; great food, good atmosphere, lovely waterfront view. I know the rooms are gradually being updated but what really needs an overhaul is the hallways, which are very dark (black walls, black ceiling). I had a billing issue in which I was accidentally billed an astronomical amount for "upgrading" from 2 Double beds to 1 King, but when I called the management they were more than happy to resolve the issue with a reimbursement. They fixed it swiftly and courteously. Would stay here again!

Room was clean, staff friendly, excellent breakfast, first floor room patio had 2 cheap white plastic chairs, would be nice to have nicer comfortable chairs with a small table. It was river view room. Highly recommend very nice Belvedere restaurant right behind property, overlooking st Lawrence.
