The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied and nice with a large choice to suit all tastes. Our room had a very low bed and the wardrobe did not close. Overall I don’t think this hotel is a 4 star. The bathroom also needed some work as it was a little tired and the plug sockets were not properly fitted to the walls. Outside the pool area was nice but the pool needs to be cleaned and some of the loungers were broken.

The location of the hotel is excellent - just a couple of minutes stroll from the Arena, in the centre of Verona and everything is nearby (including the tourist sightseeing bus). The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was small - but we had opted for the cheapest! It had a very small bathroom with a very small shower room which was impossible to use without flooding the room! There is an attached restaurant which is independent of the hotel - it's good, but expensive compared to others locally.

Friendly staff! Clean room! Comfy accommodations! Easy access to public transportation! Look forward to returning in the future!

The staff is amazing, we got early check in like 11:00 am without extra cost, they arranged for an airport taxi at 4:00 and then offered a small breakfast while we waited for the taxi. Proximity to the train station is excellent.
