It was my first time visiting and everything was amazing as in literally , the staff , the hotel the cleanliness fantastic stay will definitely be coming back.

I did recieve my wine bottle but i didn’ t use it because next day i have my plane early in the morning and icant travel it in the carry on

Very hard to get hold of the host only got the details to check in about 2 hours before after multiple messages and calls. The kettle was broken despite reporting on day one no one replaced it and we had to use a saucepan to make coffee A long walk to the beach down very unfriendly pavements. There was a supermarket and a few restaurants all about 10 mins away. A building site at the end of the road where they started hammering at 7am every day Could have been so much better!

Many of them have been with the hotel for years, and their honesty, kindness, and unwavering dedication make them feel more like family than hotel employees. They greet every guest with a smile and consistently go above and beyond to make each stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
