the place was gorgeous and the staff was very good. the location was also exactly what we wanted... ideal for the key places in belgrade. we had one issue that was a major issue. before 0800 one morning a woman from the cleaning staff just walked into our room. like no knock and awkwardly didn't have a cart. just walked right on in. made me concerned for my security the entire time. I would have at least felt better if she had a cleaning cart or I had clothes on. so not cool. the front desk felt bad and gave us free breakfast. didn't exactly restore my sense of security and safety.

Clean and comfortable room but I would try and avoid staying in room 01 and 02. These are immediately adjacent to the main reception area and toilets and you begin to know this from 5.00am onwards as the staff prepare breakfast and guests arrive. Overall, we had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again but 1st floor upwards only.

Absolutely fantastic, great location on the bank of river Danube with a stunning view over towards Fruska Gora. Great amenities and highly professional staff who would really make you feel at home. Highly recommend.

"Parking is an issue, I only found out that they have limited parking spaces, like only 6 or 8 once I arrived. I was advised that i needed to pre-book the parking.. also it is very difficult to stop outside this hotel as its on a busy corner. They directed me to a public car park across the road."
