The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The pillows were all the same, which I didn’t care for, but the other two people didn’t complain. The bathroom was loaded with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the towels were soft & fluffy! On top of that the host made us feel right at home. Extremely kind and helpful to me and my children. My children didn't want to leave!If we ever find ourselves in NOLA again we are 100% staying here!!”
