Great decor, comfy furniture in the rooms. Staff were friendly but some were a little inexperienced and couldn't answer questions about where to get a rental car. It's loud at night especially on Saturdays...and I have a high tolerance for noise. But it's a great spot if you want to be right in the action! Lots of good food options nearby.

I was not happy on two different occasions I came back and found my folded clean pants that I left on the chair on the floor after the housekeeping cleaned the room. If it fell by accident she should have seen it when she took a final look before walking out the room.

The hotel is in a wonderful location from french quarters and the staff was very friendly and professional with service. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I will be coming back next time im in the Nola.

We loved staying here. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and we had a balcony over the pool. Rooms were clean, and hotel was very quiet despite having multiple family reunions happening there!! Really enjoyed our stay and all of the people we met!

Days prior to my stay at the Hyatt Centric I received an email from Expedia by was if Hyatt Centric French Quarters stating “ We have just completed full renovation to the property!” However when I arrived one of the elevators were down and None of the ice machines on ANY floors were working. I had to get ice from the bar in the lobby. Since the elevators were down during such a busy festival weekend, there was sometimes a 5 minute wait for an available elevator car. The Hyatt Centric was very misleading in their communication.
