Clean room for the price. Strong smell of moldy/musty air. The property is very dated but for the reduced price, it was a good value for a quick overnight stop after a long drive from the East Coast. The beach was a quick walk and was a beautiful park.

It is a convenient location when visiting Morrisburg. The food at the restaurant was good. The guest that I stayed in was very dated. The enamel was falling off in the bathtub. The owners should spend some money renovating the place.
