“First , there is black mold in the first tower where the pool is located and in the mirrors. We were in the second tower and not once did house keeping go clean or delivered fresh towels. Every time I tried calling the front desk at first would go through and then the phone number kept saying out of service . Finally we decided to check out early and go to another hotel to actually shower. No one was at the front desk , a sign was left with a phone number ( same phone number saying it was out……

“We were allowed early check in as our flight landed in the morning and the staff was very attentive for the duration of our stay. The on call house keeping/maintenance staff were very responsive as well. This property is located a block or two away from the beach and that’s where we spent most of our time. Great price for the location.”

“Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.”

“FYI, this is a motel, doors open to the outside. There is no soundproofing between rooms. There was a large group with kids next door that was playing loud music most of the evening. At 11pm we could hear a noise, possibly a door closing, every minute or two that kept us from falling asleep.”

“Great place nice and clean”

“Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit”
