"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The room smelled bad and there was dust everywhere, which made it feel very dirty and uncomfortable. It did not feel clean at all. The service was also poor and unprofessional. We chose this hotel for a special day, and unfortunately the experience really ruined the mood for us. This place needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here."

However, the day we were checking out, we went to use the restroom on the first floor near the store and a piece of ceiling tile with a light in it, fell from the ceiling and hit my girlfriend in the face.
