This private cottage sleeps 7 comfortably. Enjoy swimming off the dock, sun lounging, canoeing, walking the trails on our 36 acres and cozying up under the stars by the bonfire.
We have plenty of green space for yard games and a shared outdoor stone pizza oven.
Located on a quiet lane within the forest, cottages are just a short 3 min walk to the waterfront. Excellent fishing and plenty of wild life to enjoy.
The space
You will hear the birds, see the deer and be able to walk the forested trails. Explore the lakeside by foot or canoe. It is a private road with friendly neighbors.
A public sand beach is located in our village of Battersea. A 4 min car drive.
Explore the Rideau heritage lock system in action or maybe pop into the local restaurant “The Creek” for live music .
Guest access
You have access to to the full 36 acres, which includes the open park area, waterfront, dock and outdoor stone oven dinning area.
Other things to note
Lifejackets and paddles are located in the lakeside shed. We have 2 floating water chairs and pool noodles to use.
The kayaks, canoes, paddle board and paddle boat are located waterside for your convenience.
