“Front desk staff was absolutely lovely. We weren't crazy about our 2nd floor room so Wil happily showed us another on the 1st floor. We loved it, my only complaint is there wasnt hot water when I took a shower at around 2:00 a.m. It was tepid to start and eventually got warmer after about 10 minutes but not hot. We requested a late checkout but our phone was ringing and then housekeeping knocked on our door in the morning. Miscommunication, I guess. Not a big deal. The price was awesome, great……
