We were able to open the windows which is great although a bit noisier. The temperature of the hot water seems to be capped at a little cooler than I would prefer, the rain shower was not hot enough, but the hand attachment held closer to the body was warm enough. Lovely hotel room despite these two temperature issues." The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist here. For a property charging luxury rates, these are basics, not extras. Credit where it's due: a manager kindly moved me to a renovated room, which was a welcome gesture, and breakfast was decent enough. But one helpful staff member cannot make up for a hotel that seems indifferent to its guests. If you are considering the Grand Hyatt for a Seoul trip, I would strongly recommend the Four Seasons instead — comparable location in old Seoul, and they actually understand what service means."
