This newly renovated, spacious open-concept home offers modern comforts for you and your family or friends to enjoy. Unwind by the AMAZING POOL or take a stroll to the nearby beach! The bay, just a short walk away, is perfect for watching sunsets or simply relaxing while taking in the beauty of Laguna Madre. The Poinsettia and Bougainvillea Circle beach access are only a few blocks away, and local restaurants, shops, and entertainment are within walking distance.

Villa Encanto is the ideal space for families and gatherings! With everything fresh, clean, and comfortable – from the linens to the furniture – it’s designed for relaxation. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate, making it a perfect choice for families.

Younger groups may book with an additional deposit.

Bedroom 1: Family suite with a king bed, private bath, and a twin-over-twin bunk.

Teenager’s Escape: An entertainment space with a wet bar, desk, and a full-over-queen bunk with a pull-out trundle.
Bedroom 3: Family room with a full-size daybed, twin-over-full bunk, and a pull-out trundle.

If you’re looking for a party house, please do not book.
Pets are welcome (no cats, please):
Pet fee: $200 per pet (max 3 pets).
Pets must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on furniture.
An additional cleaning fee applies if needed.
No pets in the pool – $100 fine for non-compliance.
No wet clothing or swimsuits on indoor furniture.
Quiet hours 10 PM to 7AM; please keep noise levels respectful throughout the day.
BUGS: Bugs are native to the heat and humidity. We do our best to keep them away with monthly pest control. Please keep doors and windows closed. We do not refund for bugs that may come into the home.

Early Check-in: $50/hour if available (no early check-ins during peak season from March-August).
