Newly built in 2019, 5703B Gulf Blvd is a modern beach house that will add luxury to your tropical getaway and elevate your South Padre Island experience! Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the spacious 3- story townhouse can accommodate up to 24 guests and is located directly across from the beach.

The ground floor provides two guest bedrooms. The first one features two Queen beds and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin beds, each with a Twin trundle bed, and a private bathroom as well. The main level of the home located on the second level encompasses a large open concept living room surrounding a 75” Samsung TV, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen provides ample space for large families or groups of friends around a massive center island with bar seating for 6 people. Stainless steel appliances are provided including a refrigerator with icemaker and a dishwasher. The living room features a large flat screen tv surrounded by an oversized sectional sofa couch. Sit back and watch movies or sports with the whole group!

The second floor also features the third and fourth guest bedrooms featuring a King size bed and two Queen size beds. Each has its own private bathroom and flat-screen TVs. Just upstairs to the third level of the home, you will find your luxurious Master suite. A cozy King size bed will lend itself to the rest & relaxation you deserve! Watch your favorite movie, show, or sports team on a brand new 65” TV in the master bedroom! A private Master bathroom entails an oversized soaking tub, as well as a shower and large vanity area.
