What's better than beachfront? Our place! We are directly across the street from the beach, so you get the convenience of beachfront without the beachfront prices. You are a shorter walk to the beach from our condo than you would be in the big resorts with 'beachfront' prices.

Come relax and feel the sand between your toes in beautiful South Padre Island. This is the perfect place to get away from it all. Even better, is our location. We are directly across the street from the beach, and there is a beach access just steps from the condo. It's like being beachfront without the prices! There are no hotels around us, so the beach is not as crowded and the neighborhood is quiet.

Stream your favorite apps, ZOOM, eLearn, etc. with high-speed WIFI internet. Our condos are pet friendly and kid friendly. They are also great for a romantic getaway. Are you setting up a girls' weekend or reunion? You can rent out an entire floor or the whole building and have a private vacation!

New upgrades: Keurig coffee maker, Berlin Gardens outdoor pool furniture, 6 beach chairs, 1 Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, 6 beach towels and a beach wagon. Custom outdoor pool table and outdoor TV in the pool area.

We are thrilled that you are looking at spending some time with us at Athena Ares Condominiums. Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. We give 10% discount to Military, Police, and Firemen. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. If the dates that you are looking for are not available in this condo, we have 5 more fantastic condos in the same great complex that might work for your dates.
