"First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"Great house, right on the ocean. Our kids were all stung by jellyfish plus with the seaweed we ended up utilizing the pool a good bit rather than swimming in the ocean. The paddle boards were great to have. The location is about 25 mins from Placencia Village, where the majority of good restaurants and grocery stores are. House was great and clean, with lots of amenities, games, towels, etc. Not all windows have window coverings (including the bedroom), so very open to the beach. Had a couple of merchants come up to the beach (in Belize beach is public property), plus twice had people from the manager but without notice (plumber & delivery person), so overall little less privacy than we are used to. Overall still a wonderful house and location. Manager Christine was very responsive."

"The property is very beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was incredible from the front desk to house keeping and taxi drivers! The Placencia offers transportation in town and arranges pick up for fun stuff to do as well.i will definitely stay there again! The locals are great people! Super friendly and accommodating!
