A cozy and spacious one bedroom private apartment in Southbury. A perfect crash pad for couples or anyone visiting Connecticut. A nice view of the pond and just walking distance from Southford Falls State Park, makes this a great location for those with outdoor interests. Easy access to RT-84 enables the utmost convenience for the duration of your stay. Also, you'll have easy access to The Lodge Bar and Grill, Southford pizza, Fortune House Chinese Resturant and Dunkin Donuts, just steps away.

The place is so nice and the property owner is very good at communicating and gets back to you so fast and he’s very chill with everything! Overall a great stay and definitely will look for this place again in the future!!
