“Our room was awesome except the air conditioner was extremely loud. The front desk said they were having some issues with some of the air conditioners, they did offer to move us to another room when we inquired. We just ended up shutting the air off in the evening to avoid the awful noise. Staff were very pleasant.”

Slapping a couple of bars in the bathroom and lowering the height of the bed does make a room accessibile.The first floor was basically in the basement.
