“The room smelled of cigarettes. All the appliances was stained, microwave and refrigerator was dirty. The bed sheets had stains. The pillows was dingy. The door looked like someone smeared dirty hands all over it. The bathroom was dingy. I tried to get my money back they denied my refund. I would never suggest anyone to stay here. $145 dollars down the drain.”

“The room with two queen beds that I booked with Expedia was not available for me. They substituted another room. The telephone was not working throughout the week. I complained each day and they promised for the next day.....it was all a complete lie! There was no breakfast except for coffee on most mornings, not all mornings. Room was clean. Staff were respectful but lied to me at the front desk. I would return simply because of the location and the price.”

“Hot tub was pictured, but not there. Plenty of beds/bedrooms. Allowed us to check in early, which was awesome. Quality of the house and work inside the house was not quite up to what i expected given the price. Was blamed for damage to chairs that i did not do.”
