The entire facility was in terrible shape and poorly kept. Most keys our key cards stopped working and needed to get them rekeyed daily. The rooms were in poor condition and the furniture looked like it was purchased from a second-hand store. The main elevator off the lobby required you to hold the button to go to any floor and the button for the 1st/Lobby floor didn't work. It's questionable whether the sheets had been cleaned from the previous occupants. I've never given a review before, but our experience was so terrible that I had to make an exception. This location needs to be closed down, put under new ownership/management and completely renovated!! The toilet had stains in it, there were no clean towels, and the soiled bed linens from the previous occupants were throen across the desk. After going to reception and being refused a refund because we "booked through a 3rd party" we were offered a room that was very cleary unutilized. It also had a dirty toilet and towels and used soap in the shower dish. The linens were cleaned but the thermostat was completely turned off with the room at less than 50degrees when we entered (in November). Obviously the room was never temperature controlled because the room had clear evidence of peeling paint. Never again. No grab bars near the side of the toilet. I requested and booked a handicapped room. Pictures show a living room chair with an ottoman. The desk chair was broken. Wheels didn't turn.
