“The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again.”

“It's an old house so noise and creaking is to be expected, however, it was unexpectedly very loud. We were woken at around 230 AM by upstairs tenants that sounded like a herd of elephants in the middle of the night. You can even hear the toilet seat go up and down upstairs. There was water (from last guests?) still in the single use coffee make. Husband still attempted to use it, however, the coffee maker didn't work (I'm guessing that's why the old water was in it).
