“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

The property itself is absolutely lovely. The building and location is so convenient to downtown and the Local neighborhood shops and places to eat are awesome!
