The problem is that they cant find my booking record. I had to call expedia hotline(hot line for exisiting book is difficult to find), then after expedia support talk to reception for 10min, they found record. It take me 30 min and when we are exhuasted after one whole day trip.

Respond quickly and surprise customers when I complain with my room smell. Thank you Jetpark hotel gave me a cozy night in my last staying in Auckland. Surly I will visit again.
