Kristi Moffitt was excellent. She helped clear up the mess-up on my reservation. As far as the hotel itself, there is no elevator to the second floor. The stairs had dirt tracked up them for at least 3 days. The bathroom door didn't close all the way as it was too long at the bottom. Was told it is the humidity, but it looked like the door could use about 1/8" removed so it would shut. It wasn't that humid. We stayed 4 nights. A couple of times the bed was not made. At least they gave us clean towels.
