“It’s okay for a Motel, clean and tidy (had booked a deluxe room). Cutlery and a couple of plates are in a draw which we only noticed when we left. One more thing that would be nice to have would be a microwave which the room was lacking.”

“Cleaning staff were very helpful regarding the laundry usage. Very clean rooms. Loved reading the history of caves House and looking at all the old photos. Enjoyed our stay”

“This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card....

“Parking was a bit tight but the bar and bottle shop staff were excellent and the food was good.”

“Motel room with parking at your door. Easy walking distance to lots of cafe. The port across the walk bridge. Close to the main street of Albany. Cafes ,Pubs shopping. Small kitchen with microwave kettle toaster. Bed very comfortable.”
