We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad

The property was beautiful and unique. The food was a disappointment. Unfortunately it was just too greasy for us.

Although the building appears older, it is very well maintained and overall extremely clean. The interior design of the hotel is also impressive. Our room was condominium-style with a separate bedroom, which made the stay very comfortable. It included a small kitchen with basic cooking equipment and a dining table, making light cooking convenient. There was also a washer and dryer available, which was a great added benefit. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we visit the area again, we would gladly choose to stay at this hotel.
