Clean room, attentive staff, amazing grounds. Playground pool and splashpad are great for the kids. Amazing wildlife area behind playground to walk through. We will be back.

Mixed stay—great location and grounds, but inside needs attention The exterior grounds of this property are immaculate, and the location is absolutely awesome. It has so much going for it and was almost a perfect stay, but a few issues holding it back need to be addressed. First, the Wi-Fi in my unit was too far from the wireless access point to sustain a reliable connection. Because the connection kept dropping inside, I had to sit out in the courtyard to attend remote video conferences, which was highly inconvenient. I specifically booked this property because Wi-Fi was listed as an amenity and wouldn't have chosen it otherwise. Second, the cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking. The bathroom rug had a lot of long hair embedded in it; given its style, it doesn't seem easily washable or hygienic for a rental. The sink's overflow drain was filled with a noticeable, foul-smelling black gunk that was clearly visible in the mirror reflection, and the bottom of the shower curtain was yellowed and had an odor. Finally, I noticed insects on the dishware shelves and in the bathroom. This property could be an amazing place to stay with just a few tweaks. I would give them a second chance, as these are all issues the host can definitely overcome.

The Air Conditioning is totally inadequate. You cannot set lower than 70 degrees and never cooled below 72. Even with ceiling fan, I couldn’t sleep much and woke sweating every night. The 70 degree rule is programmed into the thermostat-apparently in all units. I complained but nothing was done except their explanation that the AC unit would freeze up if turn down. The doors to the bathroom are sliding barn doors that do not fully close leaving gaps in privacy. WiFi is fee only…$9.95 a day or 50 bucks for a package deal. Cellular service is marginal and variable. Our one bedroom unit was nice and large and well equipped. Location is good but may be a bit far out if you want in the middle of town. Our unit was quiet. Since most of my days are spent away from my unit, I am there mostly to sleep and that didn’t go well. There is no food service after 2 in the afternoon and most restaurants are about 2 miles or more.

The house was very nice and it made for a great spot between parks. Loved the town too.
