“It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. When we arrived it was hot, humid and sticky in the room, Sonia said to wait it will cool down with time. When my wife brought it up to her 5 hours later she came over told……

“Perfect location, very nice and clean room. Our port view suite is massive, we have 4 people staying in the room (with our teenager children), we all have lots of space. Two separate toilets in the suite too! Staff are really friendly and helpful, helped with our luggage to the third floor. Very nice experience! Only downside is that the music from B52 night club (on the other side of the port) is very loud in the evening.”
