"The property about 15 minutes walk from the sea and nothing like as close as suggested in the details. The house is in serious need of a makeover. Unfortunately it was very cold when we were there in mid October with strong winds bringing the daytime high down to only about 12º. The agent brouht us a heater, which helped, but could not overcome the gaps in the windows and rattling of doors and shutters. Despite the lusting promising 'no hidden charges' we were surprised to learn a couple of days before we arrived that we would be liable for guest tax and energy charges. Admittedly the owner offered to allow us to cancel free of charge and in retrospect we wish we'd taken up that offer. In the event we were charged 60 euros extra. We have stayed in some very nice places in Italy and through VRBO. This was not one of them."

The breakfast was fabulous, as well as the restaurant for dinner. Our room was perfect and overlooked the pool and the beautiful property. We enjoyed the olive oil tour very much. "Absolutely heavenly. Beautifully nestled within olive groves. Stefano is a font of knowledge. Very helpful and always out early morning cleaning the pool and making sure the grounds are clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The Kitchen has everything you need. Very much looking forward to returning next year to enjoy my small peice of heaven again. "

"We stayed at this wonderful property for 7 nights in August and had the most fantastic week. Nestled away in an olive tree, we felt completely at peace there with no noise from any passing roads or neighbours, it was bliss.A very short drive into the town which has a few big supermarkets but more importantly some lovely independent butchers and fruit and veg shops as well as some superb coffee shops for a perfect cappuccino and pastry for breakfast.The pool is a great size and the same depth the full length which is great for the kids to play in.The bedrooms are all generously sized and all have air con which is definitely needed in the summer. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment too.Th dining and living area is also very large and has air con. The 2 outdoor dining areas were lovely to sit around and eat and we loved the roof top seating space where we watched the sunset with a drink and games.Nykola the host was fantastic!! The best communication and so helpful with anything we need. Cannot recommend this place any higher!!"
