we only ate at the restaurant once for lunch and didn’t have a great experience but i know it has high reviews for pizzas in the evenings.

"Lovely stay. Could look at the view from my apartment all day.
Staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and the plentiful supply of veg from the garden made a amazing salads.
The kids loved the pool overlooking the lake. Very relaxing with a good book.
You do need a car and there isnt anything within walking distance. But Salo town is 5 minutes away, with delicious gelato, bars and restaurants. "

"We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here. Truly one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all friendly and attentive, we received great service and food. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the range of saunas and available treatments were impressive. The hotel is well situated with fantastic views over Salo, we had a balcony room with an amazing view, it really added to the holiday. I will definitely visit again when I'm back around here. "

"This is a lovely property with wonderful views of Lake Garda and a quiet, upscale environment. The service from all staff was exceptional and the pool area was a welcome amenity in the heat of August. Be sure to take the breakfast option, as the buffet was quite exceptional. Overall, we loved this property and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "
"This was a grand Villa, whch turned into a hotel in 1960. Everything is updated and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. Staff is wonderful. We loved our room. All was wonderful and I highly recommend. Just know that there is a 7 minute walk to the beginning of Salo's passeggiata."
