"I booked this room for my son and daughter-in-law so they could get away from the kids for their wedding anniversary. I had a special request to decorate before their arrival, and although check-in time had changed from 3pm to 4pm, they not only honored the 3pm check-in time, but also worked with us and let us decorate before they arrived.
