"An easy stay. Made a same-day reservation. It’s a quick and easy stay. Clean. Comfy. Quiet. Just two notes for future customers to be aware of: 1) front desk isnt staffed after 9pm so if you’re a late arrival (like me) you have to call ahead to get your codes. No keys, just keypads everywhere. 2) parking lot is small so it may be difficult to find a space. While there’s an overflow, no one wants to walk that far with luggage."

"The General Manager and all the staff went above and beyond there duties. I am extremely impressed by their attentiveness to pleasing the guest. My blood sugar went down lowvery fast and breakfast had finished and was cleaned up, The GM personally, made two omlettes and 3 sausage patties and 2 waffles and gave my fiancee an orange juice to bring to me, in the room. Then as we were leaving, after recovery, for the day, He asked how i was feeling. Priceless. This was my first time staying at a TRU. But it will not be my last. Youve earned a guest for life. Thank you (General Manager) )and the Staff at the Anderson, Indiania Tru by Hilton."

"Room seemed nice, the only thing was the shower drain was backed up. The hotel looks nice on the inside, in the parking lot area, the landscaping/weeds were not maintained well. Breakfast was good, overall, seemed like a nice hotel."
