“I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show.”

“The hotel staff was completely unhelpful. I let them know after night 1 of 3 that my toilet was running non stop and that it was a simple fix ( my toilets at home have a similar problem that requires a new flush valve gasket every 3ish years) and they did nothing about it and told me that the hotel was full and changing rooms was not an option. I didn’t see more than a dozen cars in the parking lot all weekend. On our last morning we went to the lobby to get breakfast at 8:40 (breakfast served……

“Clean room. Breakfast was what you would expect for free. There is no body wash or liquid hand soap by sink or in showers… only shampoo and conditioner which was a surprise. They do provide the “disposable” bars of soap”

“There are several rat traps lining the hotel property. The pool was slimy and dirty. There was a long black hair on the toilet lid when we arrived. The hotel smells like cigarettes in many places and there are fragrance dispensers located in the elevator to mask the dirty, cigarette smell. The breakfast and coffee were subpar quality and we chose to eat elsewhere. The emergency plan was not posted in the room and you can see where it was torn down. There are shady activities happening in……

“This was a basic 60s style single level motel. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Easy chair in my room was heavily stained. Breakfast is minimal, at best. I got a good price so stayed but would not likely stay again.”
