“Room was good spotless almost a few things i went over with workers. There are alot of cameras too make sure ur safe plus secirity walking around checking and people who stay watch out for other people just cause they hope others would do the samething so felt very safe. Staff were very nice and helpful. Ice machine acted up a few times but not a big deal and hot coffee. Even in the evenings sometimes. Would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone lots better then last building. Best quality……

“Staff was really nice. Breakfast was great. Even supplied complementary ice scraper and gloves during a winter storm. That was nice because we forgot ours at home. Heater was a little noisy in the room. Good price ”

“My trip to Muncie was unplanned. My aging parents were involved in an auto accident and were in the hospital. The staff was wonderful asking me how they were doing when I would come back. I brought my dad back first and he was welcomed back. The next day I was able to bring my mom back from the hospital. The gentleman at the desk saw me walk in with he and started clapping and said welcome home. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel and the staff here.”
