"The house is large, bright and well appointed with modern bathrooms. It has a patio within the complex but no view although there is a communal bench outside with a lovely estuary view which we used frequently.
It only has electric storage heaters which were impossible to work out hence the house was cold at times.
The allocated numbered car park space within the complex is on a slope and a dip so was totally unsuitable for our low car, scraped the front. We used a different space as it was...

"This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view"

"Fantastic stay overall, the location is perfect and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were brilliant too; despite what some previous reviews have said, the restaurant team may be young, but they’re extremely welcoming, hardworking, and far from inexperienced.
Just a small note for future guests: if you prefer a more filling breakfast, be prepared to pay an extra £10 for the full option, as the continental selection is quite limited. That said, everything offered was very fresh and nicely presented.
Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended."

"I’m almost loathed to provide this review in case the house becomes so popular we can’t book it again. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and perhaps the most quintessentially English view I have ever seen, with the sea to your left and the national parks protected valley to your right. A few mins walk to north sands means you have the beach on your doorstep and an easy walk into town or south sands gives you the perfect location. If I had any suggestions it would be an upgrade to the furniture , however it’s a holiday home and it’s understandable that they haven’t put the highest quality furnishings in place. We will be back!"

"We had an amazing stay on East Soar Farm. The property was clean, comfortable and cosy, and was like a home from home. The log burner with an endless supply of logs was very welcome on the chilly nights.Our three young children had great fun spending time with the animals, including getting into the field with the newborn lambs and nursing them! Our children are desperate to return.The surroundings were beautiful, and there were a number of lovely walks along the coastal path, which was on the doorstep.Schalk and Marijke were wonderful hosts. Their communication before we arrived was extremely helpful and timely and they were readily available throughout our stay."
