### Apartment in Arbanija with Terrace, Air condition, WIFI (5139-4)

This comfortable holiday apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for up to four people and offers a relaxed base for families or couples who wish to spend a restful holiday near the beach.   
  
The apartment has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and a chair, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, full-length mirror and a chair. A baby cot can be provided upon request.   
  
The living area is designed in an open layout and includes a kitchen with a gas/electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, kettle, cooking utensils, and crockery. The dining area offers a dining table, and the living room is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a shelf.   
  
The covered southwest terrace with table and chairs invites to cosy meals outdoors.   
  
The property features a freshwater pool (3 × 8 m), a hot tub, sun terraces with sun loungers, a garden terrace, and a children's playground with slide, trampoline, swing, and seesaw. Pets are welcome (max. 2), smoking is not permitted. WiFi, air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, and a parking space on the property are included.   
  
The situation is ideal: only 40 m from the gravel beach, restaurants and supermarkets 200 m, town centre 5 km, airport 4 km.   
  
In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy water sports, boat trips, swimming, diving, snorkelling, sailing, boat rental, hiking, nature park visits, and sightseeing. The apartment offers a perfect combination of comfort, family-friendliness, and leisure opportunities for a varied holiday.
