It's in an ideal location within just few minutes walking to the majority of Split landmarks such as the main Split sea promenade and the famous Diocletians Palace. Parties are allowed up to the midnight. \*\*\*\* About this luxury studio: You'll fully enjoy your stay in this spacious luxury studio in the very heart of Split with its own 20 m2 terrace with table and chairs. It's combination of traditional and modern luxury interior. Located on the first floor of the traditional stone house in the old historical part of Split called Varos, you're just few minutes walking from the main sea promenade and Diocletians Palace. You can also use yard of the house with table and chairs located in front of the entrance door of the house, shared with other guests. You can pamper your senses with a large LED TV with backlight and satellite channels. Kitchen has a stove, cuttlery and big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. You can sleep on the two cozy single beds that can be joined to one double bed. Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. There is no washing machine, but you can wash and dry your wardrobe in the nearby laundry. Air condition, wi-fi flat internet, linen, towels, LED TV & more are included in price. Iron and ironing board are provided free of charge. Baby cot can also be provided free of charge, just please ask beforehand. There's less than two minutes walking to the main promenade and the famous Diocletian's Palace. On the other side, you're just 5 minutes walking to the beautiful forest park Marjan with great view on Split and islands. Lots of caffe bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are in the same neighbourhood. To see majority of attractions located within walking range of the apartment please browse through photos. For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge. This is a smoke-free studio. You are allowed to smoke on the terrace. It's also not suitable for pets. Parties are allowed up to the midnight. We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house. Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here! Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible. \*\*\*\* Guest access: Bus station is 150m away. Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 10 minutes walking. Paid parking is within 1 minute walking. Prices are from 8 to 13 EUR per day, depending on a parking spot. Free parking spots can be found 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment near street Drazanac. \*\*\*\* The Neighbourhood: Apartment is located just one minute walking to the Split sea promenade and two minutes walking to the Diocletian's Palace. It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and also just one minute walking to the Split promenade. Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood. The city part where the apartment is located is in the great location from where virtually everything is within a walking range: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 15 minutes walking. To see all attractions and beaches within walking range of the apartment please browse through photos provided. Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice, rocky beach and park Zvoncac together with park Sustipan with magnificent sea view are all within 15 minutes walking. \*\*\*\* Getting around: City bus station, taxis and rent a car agencies are within minute walking. Main Split bus station, ferry port and central train station are within 15 minutes walking. \*\*\*\* Interaction with guests: If you need anything I'm here to help. A shower caddy is needed on the shower wall so guests can have a place for their shampoo and soap. Bars, cafes a short walk from the apartment. Ideal when you've been out all day and you're dead on your feet!Additionally, the checking in process was straightforward enough.However, the cleanliness and tiredness of the property was massively disappointing!1\. The decking was absolutely filthy and the furniture was full of bird droppings and some cigarette burns in places.On the decking was also an umbrella base, but no umbrella. It was baking on the decking and we had very little shade. I enquired with one of the hosts about this, (in case it had been put away somewhere). I was informed that it had been stolen - REALLY - in a secure area??? I was promised one by Monday, but of course it never turned up! (see photos regarding all of this). The same host suggested that I washed the bird droppings off myself!! The whole decking area had never been cleaned for some time2\. The wifi was worse than useless! We were offered the use of two different wifi's, but neither of them worked effectively.3\. The apartment itself was very tired: no dish clothes, tea towels or pan scrubs; there wasn't a pair of drinking glasses or wine glasses the same. The neighborhood was nice with many good restaurants in the area. It’s in a fantastic location to see everything in Split, which we tried to accomplish in 2 1/2 days: Old Town, the Palace, Marjan Hill. The neighborhood is lively at night, with dozens of restaurants, bars, and even a grocery store steps away. And the apartment, while small, was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen had appliances but not all the basics. I needed bowls and sugar. The refrigerator and all the flat surfaces were very handy, Everything was clean and I love the location. Around this place there are so many amazing places to eat and beautiful sites to see over all of the other buildings. The beds were very comfortable. We used the terrace every day and it was quiet, though the studio is very close to the centre of town. Anna welcomed us and gave us her mobile number so that we could, if necessary, contact her at any time. We stayed for two nights at this property and we wire really happy with everything. The host Ana, the location and the apartment were all perfect for our short visit. The restaurant, Deep Shadow was recommended by Ana and we were very happy with it. Easy to get to everything and a really enjoyable stay. She even helped us get a car rental around the corner.
