Room was immaculate. All destinations were within 10-15 walking distance (palace, national theater, ferry terminal etc.). Nearest grocery store, five minutes. Nearest beach 100 meters. I highly recommend the self check. Quick and easy. Nonetheless, Andrea still came by to make sure that I got in ok. She also pointed out best routes on the map to take. I definitely would stay here again.

Great location

This room is in the basement of a building. Don’t let that put you off. Location instructions were good. Self check in via a code is excellent. Quick and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lovely double shower. Air conditioning worked well. Parking however was non existent ax there was a car blocking the drive. Only really space for one car. Luckily there is free street parking and I was able uk get a space. The location is great. Three minutes to Bacvice beach and 12 minutes walk yo the Palace. I’d be very happy up stay here again.

Clean and today basement rooms.

Stayed in basement apartment. Very clean and tidy. Mostly new. Easy self-check in. There are several beaches nearby, old town is in walking distance.

Perfect for a short stay

It's located in a calm and safe neighborhood close to the city center. The attention of the girl even if it's always by texts is super good. She is attentive to your needs and she gives really good advices. The room is small but if you go there just to sleep is perfect (no place for remote working inside).

Clean room. Very nice host. Great location, 10 min walk to the ferries and bus. I wouldn’t say it’s a double room, it’s tight, with no place for luggage but the bed. No common area either.

Der er tale om et beskidt rum i en fugtig kælder uden service. Så på intet tidspunkt udlejer. Jeg skulle selv kontakte vedkommende efter at have ventet længe udenfor. Saftyboks duede ikke. Ingen eksisterende svømme pool som lovet ej heller parasoller og ligge stole.

You live in a basement of the house of locals, with mold (Schimmel!) not only in the shower, but also in the fridge and above the bed. The air is so bad, that you barely can’t really breath because of the mold, since the windows are closed. To cover the mold smell, they use discusting room parfume. Additionally we didn’t really see the personal, just had what’s app contact points and where asking for towels because there was nothing for the beach. There was also almost no opportunities to dry the towels or put on your stuff. Bed was not comfy and there was a lot of noise outside because of screaming animals (of course this is not the fold of the owners). Our safe was broken, but they didn’t care about it. We only had one small waste container in the bathroom, where we had to pile up our waste because noone cleaned the room during our 4 day stay.

5 Chambres recentes avec Sdb dans un petit immeuble pres de la plage de Backvice et a 10 mn a pied du centre historique de Split. Economique par rapport a l hotel mais la contrepartie est l absence de services (petit dejeuner, tourisme...)
