Hyvä sijainti

Huoneisto oli siisti. Keittiön varustus oli erinomainen. Kauppa oli lähellä. Satamaan ja linja-autoasemalle lyhyt kävelymatka, helppo lähteä retkille. Split kaunis kaupunki, melko vähän kuitenkin nähtävää. Rantakadulla ja vanhassa kaupungissa hyvä valikoima baareja ja ravintoloita. Henkilökunta kaikkialla ystävällistä.

I had a great stay and would recommend. The only thing that was confusing is that it was a different room in terms of design. Everything was nice, clean and had everything that is listed, but it was not a “Paris” room. The design was modern, neutral, in grey tones. I didn’t mind cause I stayed there for 1 night :)

Capital Steals from thier clients

I arrive at the hotel and had 3 rooms and they tell me that the had a problem and the can give me only one room, I told them I did not want one room I need 3 I was traveling with kids, they told me they were sorry and thats it, I had to pay another hotel and Capital apartments did not want to refund my money back. This hotel sucks and steal from us, and hotels.com does not do anything to help his clients.

Modern and clean apartment

The apartment is in the Old town area which is very convenient and everything is within walking distances. The host Ante is extremely helpful and friendly which made our stay even better. Room is clean and comfortable with everything we need. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Nos esperábamos otra cosa, por las fotos que habíamos visto por internet. Nos recibieron muy amablemente pero la habitación daba a un barranco y a un edificio abandonado. El apartamento estaba recién reformado y muy limpio, pero el edificio muy viejo y sin ascensor.

Great apartment close to Split Old town

Ante welcomed us to the property for our 4 night stay. The studio apartment was brand new with a modern and comfortable style. The local area was peaceful despite being only a 5 minute walk from the old town. We had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of hot water, a good shower, very comfortable bed and sofa, great Wi-Fi connection and a small balcony. We prepared our own breakfast in the apartment, so the fridge and crockery was very handy. The addition of a kettle or coffee maker would be great in the future. We sat and ate on the sofa which was fine by us, but a small foldaway table and chairs could help this apartment be even better. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great location and apartment

We were given a brand new apartment which was very modern and functional. Ante was very friendly and helpful with all our needs and questions. Location is great, in a short walking distance from all attractions. Would definitely stay again!
